I feel that this can be applied to almost any subject and I will be honest in making sure that we are a good fit. "How much does custom work cost?"
This is one question that is hard to answer without speaking to you first! Your project is something that I will take great love and care in. I truly pour my heart into what I do. In saying that, my pricing structure is generally based on your use of my work, materials, time and my talent.
"How long will an artwork take?"
The turn around time depends on my availability and the size of the project.
"Do you sell wholesale?"

"How are your artworks printed/ mailed/ packaged?"
Fine Art Prints are printed on Hahnemuhle German etching fine art paper using archival pigment inks. All other artworks are created using the finest watercolour or cotton rag paper.
To preserve the colour in your print, please do not hand or place in direct sunlight. Alternatively, framing with UV resistant glass or acrylic is recommended.
All prints are packaged in plastic sleeves or tissue with sturdy mailers.
"How long will it take to receive my order?"
***COVID19 NOTICE*** Please note that due to delays with both Domestic and International postage we are unable to give an exact timeframe on shipping at this moment. We will however keep our customers updated with the all relevant information and tracking as we receive it with the utmost urgency and care.
All orders are packaged and posted by me, and generally completed in bulk on a once-weekly basis. From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular Australia Post/ Airmail are as follows:
Within Australia: 7-10 days
Worldwide - 10-21 days*
Please note that depending on the postal service and holidays, with the destination country, these times may vary slightly and are a guide only.
All artworks are posted via regular Australia Post parcel post with signature on delivery. If you require express postage please contact me prior to payment.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
***COVID19 NOTICE*** Please note that due to COVID 19 and the impact it has had on International freight logistics, the shipping rates have changed substantially. We can still offer International shipping by quote but please be aware that due to new surcharges these prices are higher than standard.
Prints are posted via Pack and Track International or Registered Mail where applicable. Please email prior to payment to arrange express or insured mail. Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges.
"Can I return my print?"
Unfortunately I cannot accept a return based on change of mind. If your print arrives damaged I will replace it if stock allows. Exchanges are returned at buyers own cost.
"Can I use a digital version of your artwork on my website/blog/social media account?"
All of my work is covered by copyright, and as such cannot be used or reproduced without my permission. Purchasing a print or card does not entitle you to do so.
